No. Renting a box requires only two forms of valid identification. There's no credit check and no need to bank with anyone, your box is a private arrangement between you and Titus Vaults.
Bring one form of photo ID (passport or driving licence) and one recent proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Registration is quick and completely confidential.
Annual rental runs from £129 for the Petite box up to £355 for the Estate XL, VAT included. Larger boxes are also available on flexible 3 and 6-month terms from £85. Compare all sizes and prices.
Pay by card or bank transfer when you collect your keys, no payment is needed to reserve. Rentals run for the term you choose (3, 6 or 12 months) and we'll remind you before renewal; you can simply hand the box back at the end of any term.
Yes. Jewellers, dealers and professional practices use our boxes for stock, documents and data backups. Business accounts can register multiple authorised key-holders on a single box.
Never without your authorisation. Every box uses dual-key control: it can only be opened with both your key and our facility key, in person. We cannot access your box alone, and we never know its contents. Read about all our security layers.
Yes. You can register additional authorised key-holders, a partner, family member or business colleague, provided they complete the same ID verification as you.
Tell us as soon as possible. Your box stays secure, one key alone can never open it, and we'll arrange a supervised lock replacement so you regain access. A replacement fee applies.
As often as you like during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00am–5:30pm), at no extra charge. You'll have use of a private viewing room each time so you can access your valuables in complete privacy.
The vault itself carries comprehensive protection, and we offer independent contents insurance starting from £25/year per £10,000 of cover. Higher limits are available on request.
For everyone's safety we don't permit weapons, hazardous or perishable materials, illegal items or anything live. If you're unsure, just ask, we're happy to advise.
