Why Titus Vaults exists

For generations, the local bank branch was where West Yorkshire kept its most precious things, the deeds, the wedding gold, the letters worth more than money. Then, branch by branch, the banks withdrew their safe deposit services. What was once a standard part of banking quietly disappeared, and nothing replaced it.

Titus Vaults was founded to be that replacement, not a compromise, but an upgrade. We took a site at 37 Otley Road in Shipley, on the corridor between Bradford and Leeds, and built a facility to a standard the high street never reached: a certified Grade 10 vault door, biometric entry, seismic and climate sensors, and round-the-clock monitored alarms.

The name comes from the Roman general renowned for holding what others couldn't. It's a standard we hold ourselves to daily.

Three things we will always be

Private. What you store is known only to you. Our records are anonymised, our viewing rooms are solitary, and dual-key control means no one, including us, can open your box alone.

Independent. We are not a bank. There's no account to open, no credit check, and no head office deciding to close the vault. Your arrangement is with us, on transparent flat-fee terms from £129/year.

Local. We live where you live. Clients reach us in minutes from Shipley, Saltaire and Bradford, and in under half an hour from Leeds, with free parking at the door and a team that knows your name (only if you want us to).
